The Oak Canberra Duo is a premium solid Oak Laminated folding sliding door, that is designed to compliment modern living. The sliding operation of the doors allows you to smoothly open fully, letting your inside space be part of the outdoors. The doorsets are manufactured using Chain of Custody certified material; softwood fully finished white or solid hardwood un-finished. The product is aimed at developers or homeowners who are in a situation to replace or design their brick work opening around a standard frame size. This is the most cost-effective way of purchasing a folding sliding doorset without compromising on quality.

FLOCKTON DOORSETS

Finishing

All Clifton patio doors have an advanced preservative system. We supply them with one coat of harmonising base stain or primer, ready for your choice of finish. We recommend Hi-Build factory-finishes for these products.

Hardware

These doors come with loose ironmongery, ventilator and multi-point locking with shoot and finger bolts. Silver effect handles and threshold are standard, or you can choose the optional gold effect finish. Restrictor catch and shoot bolt, are steel effect. Hinges are white for primed and Hi-Build paint finished products, with brown for basecoat stain and Hi-Build stain finish.

Secured by Design

The Clifton Double french doorset is now available in a Secured by Design range to special order.

The Flockton hardwood french doorset is a traditional design with all the benefits of a modern performance product.

Flockton design:

• 54mm door leaf
• 24mm Low E insulated glazing unit fitted as standard
• Outward opening pair of doors
• Right hand opening door first when viewed from outside
• Multi-point locking system for enhanced security

Finishing

We supply them base coat stained or primed, ready for staining or painting to the shade of your choice. We recommend Hi-Build factory finishes for these products.

Hardware

The Flockton comes with factory-fitted ironmongery, ventilator and multi-point locking system as standard. Handles have a gold effect finish, with silver available as an option.

Flockton Wing Lights

You can use wing lights in conjunction with any Flockton patio door to create a wide French door feature – or combine them to form conservatory wall panels.

Building Regulations Part ‘M’, Mobility Option

An optional mobility access threshold can be fitted to the 1800mm wide Flockton (FLO18). This allows the patio door to be used as the primary building entrance, as it will meet the clear opening width requirement. To order this option, please state, ‘Fitted with mobility threshold’. All standard width patio doors can be used as the secondary entrance to the building, without the mobility option.

Continuous Head and Sill

If you choose a Flockton patio door with wing lights, we can supply one frame with a continuous head and sill to accommodate the whole patio door and wing light combination – up to a maximum width of 3.6 metres. This gives a neater overall appearance. (If you order a dwarf wing light, just the head is continuous.)

For wider sets – or if you prefer the standard type of installation – we supply the sections separately for coupling together on-site.
